Universal Benefits is a Nationwide Marketing Firm. It is our responsibility to assist Agents, Regional Managers, Regional Directors, Vice Presidents and Presidents to build their own sales operation. We do so by assisting our Agency Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their agents.

  • UBI will assist the Agency Manager to establish a base of 50 full time agents producing a minimum of $8,000 per month.
  • We will assist the Agency Manager to produce $4.8 Million annually.
  • Universal Benefits will also provide comprehensive training in the classroom and field.
  • We will provide to our Agency Manager a support staff.
    Example: Letter writing, telephone calls, print outs, training facilities.
  • UBI will provide our Agency Manager with a lead drop for prospective agents in his/her assigned territory up to 4 times a year.
  • We will provide our Agency Manager with a prospective client drop, for final expense sales, mortgage sales, etc., several times annually.
  • Universal Benefits offers Agency Managers with a marketing plan which should yield $400,000 plus annual income.
    UBI provides our Agency Managers with a full field marketing plan.
  • We also provide our Agency Manager with a proven and effective lead system.
  • Universal Benefits will provide our Agency Managers the best agent financing program in America.
  • UBI bring to our Agency Managers the ability to focus a large “Niche” market with common needs.
  • We offer liberal underwriting.

    Universal Benefits is a 25 year old established multimillion dollar sales organization with a goal to be number 1 nationwide.
